NOTICE:
The annual MPOA board meeting is on November 3rd, 2022, at 3:00 PM, in Cunningham Park Meeting Space 12131 Rangeland Blvd. Odessa FL. 33556, the Annual Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of electing Directors, vote on proposed amendments, and such other business as may lawfully be conducted. The agenda is provided within your mailed package which also includes a voting ballot and proxy if you choose to select one. Please deliver your votes by either yourself or proxy to the Cunningham Park Meeting Space on the day of the annual meeting.
Voting:
The Cunningham Park Meeting Space will be operated as a voting location for Pasco County residents. Voting will be on Election Day November 8, 2022, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Landscaping:
Trees play an essential role in maintaining the aesthetics of our community. They provide screening and shade, curb appeal and help prevent erosion. Unfortunately, heavy rains and winds from Hurricane Ian uprooted a number of trees throughout Starkey Ranch. Please keep in mind that it is every homeowner's responsibility to maintain the required tree count for each lot. This includes street trees. If you need to replace a hazard tree, please submit an ARC landscaping application to ensure the proposed tree is a suitable replacement.

As a Reminder:
In accordance with the District’s Amenity Policies, other than in the dog parks, any dog on District property must be kept on a leash and residents must pick up and dispose of pet waste in the appropriate receptacles.
Electronic Voting:
The Board of Directors adopted the Electronic Voting Resolution on November 10, 2021 which offers Starkey Ranch Homeowners the ability to vote electronically.
Homeowners who opt in or consent to vote online will be invited to register and vote using the Becker Ballot. Proxies will continue to be available for Homeowners who prefer to mail-in their vote.
Electronic voting will offer a secure, anonymous and easy way to cast your vote on a special amendment, annual meeting election or in response to a community survey no matter where you are. The voting system will send reminders of the upcoming vote, when the voting polls open and close and a reminder to cast your vote.

NOTICE:
The annual MPOA board meeting is on November 3rd, 2022, at 3:00 PM, in Cunningham Park Meeting Space 12131 Rangeland Blvd. Odessa FL. 33556, the Annual Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of electing Directors, vote on proposed amendments, and such other business as may lawfully be conducted. The agenda is provided within your mailed package which also includes a voting ballot and proxy if you choose to select one. Please deliver your votes by either yourself or proxy to the Cunningham Park Meeting Space on the day of the annual meeting.
Voting:
The Cunningham Park Meeting Space will be operated as a voting location for Pasco County residents. Voting will be on Election Day November 8, 2022, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Landscaping:
Trees play an essential role in maintaining the aesthetics of our community. They provide screening and shade, curb appeal and help prevent erosion. Unfortunately, heavy rains and winds from Hurricane Ian uprooted a number of trees throughout Starkey Ranch. Please keep in mind that it is every homeowner's responsibility to maintain the required tree count for each lot. This includes street trees. If you need to replace a hazard tree, please submit an ARC landscaping application to ensure the proposed tree is a suitable replacement.

As a Reminder:
In accordance with the District’s Amenity Policies, other than in the dog parks, any dog on District property must be kept on a leash and residents must pick up and dispose of pet waste in the appropriate receptacles.
Electronic Voting:
The Board of Directors adopted the Electronic Voting Resolution on November 10, 2021 which offers Starkey Ranch Homeowners the ability to vote electronically.
Homeowners who opt in or consent to vote online will be invited to register and vote using the Becker Ballot. Proxies will continue to be available for Homeowners who prefer to mail-in their vote.
Electronic voting will offer a secure, anonymous and easy way to cast your vote on a special amendment, annual meeting election or in response to a community survey no matter where you are. The voting system will send reminders of the upcoming vote, when the voting polls open and close and a reminder to cast your vote.
